Come join us as we learn from one of Tulsa’s most successful entrepreneurs.  This month’s speaker is Terry May, President, CEO and Owner of MESA, a Tulsa based cathodic protection firm.  Terry graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.  He formed MESA in 1979 and has managed its growth from a one-man service company to a manufacturing and service company with over 140 employees.  MESA has been named one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the Tulsa Metro region. 

MESA designs, manufactures, and installs cathodic protection systems that control the corrosion of metal surfaces in underground and submerged structures, such as pipelines and tanks.  Headquartered in Tulsa, MESA also has seven regional offices in Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Ohio, California and Washington. 

MESA recently won its second Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation's highest Presidential honor for performance excellence through innovation, improvement and visionary leadership.  The Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium also recently recognized MESA for leadership in business ethics by presenting the 2012 Compass Award.

This Leadership Connection will be a luncheon held at the Tulsa Country Club (701 N. Union Ave.)  The luncheon starts at 11:30 and will conclude by 1:00 p.m.  

Reservations are required.  You may respond to this email or call the LT office at 918-477-7079 to make your reservation.  If you respond via email and you do not receive confirmation, please call the office.  The cost to attend the luncheon is $20 for dues payers and $25 for non-dues payers.  (Dues payers who pay at the $250 level or above may attend the monthly leadership meetings free of charge.)   Payments can be made online or at the door.  We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
